What is Bio-CNG?

Bio-CNG is purified biogas with 90–95% methane. Made from kitchen waste, cow dung, and agricultural residue, it works exactly like CNG but without fossil fuels — clean, cost-effective, and made in India for India.
We are working to make Bio-CNG accessible for farms, industries, and cities. Our goal is simple: turn waste into wealth and reduce dependence on imported fuels. Backed by the Govt. of India’s SATAT scheme, we design, install, and maintain small to large-scale biogas to Bio-CNG plants.

The Process
From Waste to Wheel in 4 Steps
Step 01
Collection
Organic waste like food scraps, crop residue, and cow dung is collected.
Step 02
Anaerobic Digestion
In a sealed digester, bacteria break down waste and produce raw biogas in 20–30 days.
Step 03
Purification
CO2, H2S, and moisture are removed. What’s left is 95% pure methane — Bio-CNG.
Step 04
Compression & Use
Bio-CNG is compressed and used in vehicles, kitchens, and industries just like regular CNG.
